Keith, KE5LVT, serves as the Region 2 Coordinator for LCARC. An amateur radio operator since 2006, Keith is also active in the local radio club in Baton Rouge. With over 20 years’ experience in wireless communication, he has installed thousands of cellular phones, two-way-radios and many other mobile devices. Keith manages the installation shop for a large radio dealer in Baton Rouge.

Mike is the Regional Coordinator for Assumption, Lafourche, Saint Charles, Saint James, Saint John and Terrebonne Parishes. A resident of Raceland, Mike currently is active with the Atchafalaya Amateur DX Association and the Thibodaux Amateur Radio Club.

Fred, W5MLE, serves as the Region 4 Coordinator for LCARC. As a licensed amateur radio operator for more than 50 years and a previous Frequency Coordinator, Fred’s experience is a valuable asset to the LCARC organization. Fred resides in Carencro, LA, where he operates an ECHOIRLP node and DStar repeater.

Scott, currently serves as the Region 6 Coordinator. He also is an active member of ARES and is secretary for LCARC. A resident of Pineville, LA, Scott works as an RN Supervisor for the State of Louisiana.

Region 7 Coordinator -Mike, WB5LJQ serves as the regional coordinator for Region 7. He is a Certified DSTAR Gateway Registrar and is active on the Louisiana DSTAR Reflector.
